‘The Balance’ Microsite Design
I created a new microsite called ‘The Balance’ to share articles targeting a high-end customer demographic, elevating the brand's presence and providing a tailored, premium user experience. This project involved curating exclusive content, designing a sophisticated layout, and implementing advanced features to engage discerning customers. The microsite
not only enhanced our digital footprint but also strengthened our connection with a niche audience, showcasing our commitment to quality and innovation.
Style Guide
Before building the microsite, it was crucial to establish a solid foundation. I began by creating a comprehensive style guide that included the color palette, photography standards, infographics, logo lockups, and modules for how the site would look and fit together. This ensured a cohesive and visually appealing design that aligned with our brand's aesthetic and provided a seamless user experience.
Site Mockups
I designed two pages using placeholder photography and copy for illustrative purposes. On the left, you will find the design for the microsite homepage, while on the right, you will see the design for an interior page dedicated to viewing articles with videos. This approach helped visualize the overall layout and functionality of the microsite.
2023 Diversity & Inclusion Report
I developed and created the 2023 DEI report for the company, ensuring a thorough and comprehensive representation of our diversity and inclusion initiatives and accomplishments. This involved collaboration with various departments, and a detailed analysis of our progress in promoting an inclusive workplace culture. The final report not only highlighted our achievements but also set clear goals and strategies for continued improvement, reinforcing our commitment to fostering a diverse and equitable environment for all employees.
